Since we've been married we have never really celebrated Easter. Ya know, with baskets and stuff. And really I've kinda missed it! My mom gives amazing Easter baskets and Blake's parents do a egg hunt with money & candy in it...and you can come away with some decent cash my friends. Anyways... the plan was to go back to Utah and spend Easter with the family and see some dance performances that my nieces were in...well like usual work got in the way. We still had a fun weekend though.
We went to dinner, went shopping, and played some mini golf. Which sadly, I lost! I'm not a very good loser! Ha. On Saturday, after I got out of work, my oh-so sweet hubster had a egg hunt/scavenger hunt ready for me back home. It was really fun and Blake wrote some hilarious riddles for the scavenger hunt!
I'm one lucky gal! =)

We haven't done the whole basket thing either since we have been married. It's sad! So I told Jesse next year we are doing it because we will have a baby to get a basket for too! That is a huge bummer your Utah plans didn't work out again. At least you guys had fun!
